The Most Important Muscle In Your Body

Most people in the gym are doing chest, back, biceps, triceps.

And all the time they neglect the most important muscle; the largest muscle in the body – gluteus, which needs a lot of stimulation to activate and the abdominal muscles, which are the center of everything.

This muscle group is known as the core, and I suggest that you should start exercising core regularly.
