Almond, Coconut and Raspberry Oats

Ingredients for 1 serving

– ½ a tbsp. of sliced almonds
– ½ a cup of rolled oats
– 1 tsp. of shredded coconut
– ½ a cup of coconut milk, unsweetened
-1 tsp. of honey
-½ a cup of raspberries
-1/8 tsp. of cinnamom powder
-1/8 tsp. of almond extract


Mix the milk, raspberries, oats, honey, cinnamon and almond extract in a glass jar and stir all the ingredients well until they are fully combined. Cover the jar with a lid and put it in the fridge over the night. You can conserve the mixture up to 3 days in the fridge. Before eating add the coconut and the almonds.

Nut Butter and Banana Oats

This recipe doesn`t include cooking also. It`s great for people who love peanut butter.


– 1 tbsp. of unsalted nuts of choice
– ½ cup of rolled oats
– ½ a banana
– 2 tbsp.s of nut butter
– ½ a cup of almond milk


In a glass jar pour the almond milk and add the nut butter. Stir it well until they are combined. Then add the oats and the slices of banana. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover the jar with a lid and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning stir the mixture and sprinkle some nuts on top of it.

Blueberry Walnuts Oats

The preparation of this delicious and very healthy recipe is very easy, as all the other recipes.

– ½ a cup of coconut milk
– ½ cup of rolled oats
– 1 tbsp. of crushed walnuts
– ½ cup of frozen blueberries
– 1 tbsp. of maple syrup
– 1 tsp. of chia seeds


Mix the ingredients in a jar and stir the mixture well until the rolled oats are fully covered with the milk. Put the lid on and put the jar in the fridge. The next morning add some coconut milk and stir the mixture to loosen up a little bit the oats.
